Remote delivery of Careers Advice through covid-19
Our team of Careers Advisers have been working hard throughout the lock down period delivering careers advice services remotely to students on behalf of their schools and supporting them to achieve/maintain the Gatsby Benchmarks.
Whilst obviously there is no real substitute for face to face careers advice the delivery of remote careers advice has developed really well utilising Telephone based careers interviews, Video calls and email advice. All students receiving a one to one careers interview receives a Careers Action Plan (just like when its face to face) and all our advisers work is quality assured and monitored throughout.
As we gradually come out of lock down and schools return there are still many unanswered questions in this unprecedented situation.
We will continue to deliver a mix of face to face and remotely delivered services into next academic year until we are all settled in what will be a "new normal".
